Getting there

Things to do from Chobe Game Lodge

The Chobe riverfront is the most visited part of the park, famous for its elephant herds in the dry season, and boat cruises and game drives start from the lodge. Kasane town and its airport are about 15 minutes away. Victoria Falls is a day trip by road, about an hour and a half each way including the border.

How long to stay

Two or three nights gives you several boat cruises and drives in different light. Combine it with two nights at Victoria Falls for a classic week. Victoria Falls: March–July for thundering water; August–December for clear views, Devil's Pool and rafting.
